  • Investors needing to rapidly increase their property's income to maximize a sale price.
  • Landlords with between 3 and 10 units needing long term property and tenant management strategies to improve portfolio performance.
  • Out of state and foreign investors and companies needing Bay Area contacts with the ability to produce site evaluations, proformas, and project management.

Depending upon the project, our rates are either hourly or flat fee with a performance based bonus.
